Eric’s entrepreneurial journey began at a young age in Malmö, Sweden. Driven by a passion for music and hospitality, he founded Big Slap, which grew to become one of Sweden’s largest annual music festivals.
Always eager to challenge his creative instincts, Eric soon turned his focus to real estate investment. In 2017, he relocated to Marbella to pursue opportunities in property development and investment. In 2018, he expanded into hospitality by opening Occo, a Lebanese restaurant that quickly became one of Marbella’s most recognised dining destinations. Continuing his entrepreneurial journey in the hospitality sector, he later opened Brasserie Astoria in 2025, further establishing his presence within the Costa del Sol’s vibrant restaurant scene.
After several years immersed in the Marbella property market, Eric founded Homerun Brokers in 2020, building the company into one of the most dynamic luxury real estate agencies on the Costa del Sol. Today, as Homerun Brokers expands its presence into Sotogrande, Eric continues to drive the company’s vision and growth, establishing a strong presence in another of Southern Europe’s most prestigious property markets.
